Job Responsibilities

• Create 3D exterior elevations for residential buildings (apartments, villas, individual houses).
• Develop realistic 3D interior designs for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, and other home spaces.
• Prepare floor plans, layouts, and material specifications.
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
• Suggest suitable color palettes, materials, finishes, and furniture arrangements.
• Provide high-quality renders and presentations for client approval.
• Make changes to designs based on feedback.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of residential space planning, color theory, and lighting.
• Creativity with attention to detail.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Communicating with the customers
• Sending reports of construction project

Qualifications

• B.E Civil or Diploma in civil engineering
• Excellent knowledge of construction
• Experience in handling the construction projects under pressure
• Experience in coordinating with the labour team and extracting work from them
• Fast learner and passion for growth
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Experience in MS-Office
